Service Policy
The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, the length of your session might be shorten depending on the therapist availability. If you choose to reschedule, a 25% administrative charge will be applied..
As a courtesy to our staff, guests are asked to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancelation or rescheduling; failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment.
